All customers with a current support contract can access NetworkedPlanet support either through our support site or by sending an email to support@networkedplanet.com. When reporting an issue please be sure to tell us which product(s) and which versions you currently have installed.

Upgrades

All customers with a current support contract can access an upgrade to the latest version of the product. The table below indicates the current version of each of our products. If you are on an older version and wish to upgrade please email support@networkedplanet.com.
