TMCore

TMCore allows developers to take full advantage of the power of topic maps in their applications. The engine provides a robust store for multiple topic maps; an extensive API accessible via any language supported by the Microsoft CLR; and a high-level web services interface that allows both reading and updating of topic maps using either XML-over-HTTP (AJAX-style) or SOAP-based web service calls.

TMCore Editions

TMCore comes in two different versions to suit different development and deployment scenarios.

The TMCore Full Edition provides a complete developer API, a fully documented set of web service interfaces, a generic topic map editor web application and a suite of command line tools. This edition can be used to develop and deploy any application that requires the full power of the topic maps model.
The TMCore Lite Edition is designed solely to run the TMCore EPiServer Module, it allows for customisation of the integration features of the module, but does not provide full API or Web Services access. The TMCore Lite Edition provides a low-cost way to add the flexibility of topic maps to your intranet or internet applications.

TMCore SharePoint Module

The TMCore SharePoint Module provides an out-of-the-box integration with Microsoft SharePoint. This module enables organisations to create and apply their own classification scheme for SharePoint content. The benefits of that classification are then accessible through a selection of additional search and browse Web Parts.

TMCore EPiServer Module

The TMCore EPiServer Module adds topic-based content classification, search and site navigation to the EPiServer web content management system.

The TMCore EPiServer Module integrates seamlessly into the EPiServer content creation and publication workflows to allow content creators to quickly and simply classify their content and then to deliver the results of that classification to users in the form of improved site navigation and search and the ability to dynamically create relevant links from each classified content page.

TMCore Sitecore Module

The TMCore Sitecore Module adds topic-based content classification, search and site navigation to the Sitecore Content Management System.
